Drum Consulting Ltd and its subsidiaries, (hereinafter the “Company”) and its related entities are responsible for the protection of the privacy and the safeguarding of clients’ personal and financial information. By engaging with the Company, the client hereby gives its consent to such collection, processing, storage and use of personal information by the Company as explained below.

The Company collects the necessary information required to communicate with, transact with and provide trade services to customers. In this respect, the Company gathers information from customers based on their requirements and preferences in order to provide its services effectively.

The Company uses clients’ personal information only as required to provide quality service and security to its clients. Protection of personal information

Any personal information provided by the Customer to the Company will be treated as confidential and shared only within the Company and its affiliates and will not be disclosed to any third party except under any regulatory or legal proceedings. In case such disclosure is required to be made by law or any regulatory authority, it will be made on a ‘need-to-know’ basis, unless otherwise instructed by the regulatory authority. Under such circumstances, the Company shall expressly inform the third party regarding the confidential nature of the information.

Affiliates and Partners

The Company may share information with affiliates in the event such information is reasonably required by such affiliates in order to provide the products or services to its customers. The Company may share information with partners, affiliates and associates in order to offer additional similar products and services that meet clients’ needs, and which are delivered in a manner that is useful and relevant only where clients have authorized the Company to do so.

Non-affiliated third parties

The Company does not sell, license, lease or otherwise disclose customers’ personal information to third parties, except as described in this Privacy Policy.

The Company reserves the right to disclose personal information to third parties where required by law, regulatory and other government authority. The Company may also disclose information as necessary to credit reporting or collection agencies as reasonably required in order to provide the services to the Company and/or its clients.

Contact Clients

From time to time the Company may contact customers whether by phone or email for the purpose of offering them further information about the Company, its services or relevant products. In addition, the Company may, on occasion, seek to contact clients, whether by phone or by email, for the purpose of informing them of unique promotional offerings provided by the Company for the customer. Customers consent to the receipt of such contact when they consent to our terms and conditions of use when registering with the Company. Any person wishing to opt-out of further contact with the Company at any time whatsoever is entitled to do so, simply by contacting the Company whether by phone or email and requesting that no further contact on behalf of the Company be made.

Restriction of responsibility

The Company is not responsible for the privacy policies or the content of sites to which the website links and has no control of the use or protection of information provided by the customers or collected by those sites. Whenever a customer elects to link to a co-branded website or to a linked website, the client may be asked to provide registration or other personal information. Please note that such information is recorded by a third party and will be governed by the privacy policy of that third party.

Use of “COOKIES”

The Company uses cookies to enhance the usability and performance of the website. Cookies used by the Company do not contain personal information or other sensitive information, other than an IP address.

The Company may share website usage statistics with reputable advertising companies and with its affiliated marketing companies. It is noted that the information collected by such advertising companies is not personally identifiable. To administer and improve the website, the Company may use third parties to track and analyse usage and statistical volume information. The third-party may use cookies to track behaviour and may set cookies on behalf of the Company. These cookies do not contain any personally identifiable information.

Privacy notice – job applicants

We process personal data relating to those who apply for job vacancies with us or who send speculative job applications to us. We do this for employment purposes, to assist us in the selection of candidates for employment, and to assist in the running of the business. The personal data may include identifiers such as name, date of birth, personal characteristics such as gender, qualifications and previous employment history.

We will not share any identifiable information about you with third parties without your consent unless the law allows or requires us to do so. The personal data provided during an application process will be retained for a period of at least six months or, if required by law, for as long as is required.

This privacy notice does not form part of an employment offer or contract between us. If we make an employment offer to you, we will provide further information about our handling of your personal information in an employment context separately.

Privacy Policy Updates

The Company may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. In this respect, the clients hereby agree to accept the posting of a revised Privacy Policy electronically on the website as the actual notice of the Company to its clients. Any dispute over the Company’s Privacy Policy is subject to this notice and the Client Agreement. The Company encourages its clients to periodically review this Privacy Policy so that they are always aware of what information the Company collects, how it uses it and to whom it may disclose it, in accordance with the provisions of this Policy.

Leadership Retreat Terms and Conditions

Welcome to our Leadership Retreat! Please carefully read the following terms and conditions before participating in the event:

1. Booking and Registration:

- By booking your participation in the Leadership Retreat, you agree to abide by all the terms and conditions outlined herein.

- Registration for the event is on a first-come, first-served basis, and completion of the registration process, including payment of any required fees, secures your place at the retreat.

2. Payment:

- All fees for the Leadership Retreat are due at the time of registration unless otherwise stated.

- Payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in our refund policy.

3. Cancellation and Refunds:

- In the event that you need to cancel your participation, we require 28 days notice prior the date of the first day of the event. Refunds after this period will be considered on a case by case basis.

- Requests for cancellations and refunds must be made in writing and sent to the designated contact person for the event ([email protected]).

- Refunds will be issued minus any applicable administrative fees or charges.

4. Event Schedule:

- The schedule for the Leadership Retreat is subject to change at any time at the discretion of the organisers.

- While we make every effort to adhere to the published schedule, unforeseen circumstances may necessitate changes to the program.

5. Participant Conduct:

- All participants are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner at all times during the event.

- Any behavior deemed disruptive, disrespectful, or harmful to other participants or staff may result in immediate dismissal from the retreat without refund.

- Participants are expected to adhere to any rules or guidelines provided by the organisers for the duration of the event.

6. Liability:

- While every precaution will be taken to ensure the safety and well-being of participants, the organisers cannot be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, or other unforeseen incidents that may occur during the Leadership Retreat.

- Participants are responsible for their own health, safety, and personal belongings throughout the event.

7. Media Release:

- By participating in the Leadership Retreat, you grant the organisers the right to use your name, likeness, and any photographs, video, or audio recordings taken during the event for promotional purposes.

8. Privacy Policy:

- Any personal information collected during the registration process will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy.

- Personal information will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

9. Force Majeure:

- The organisers shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations under these terms and conditions arising out of or caused, directly or indirectly, by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, or terrorism.

10. Amendments:

- The organizers reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any such amendments will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or other official channels.
